Belleview Avenue and Federal Boulevard Storm Sewer Repair

Traffic Impacts

Full road closure begins on Monday, June 30 at 9 a.m.
Detour routes will be marked

Southbound Federal
- Southbound Federal closed between W Belleview Ave and Progress Ave
- detour via Santa Fe or S Lowell Blvd
Northbound Federal between W Belleview Ave and Progress Ave
- Northbound Federal closed at Progress Ave
- Detour recommended Irving or Santa Fe, alternative detour at Progress Ave
Local access to Partner Colorado Credit Union and Fouschee SalonSpa from W Centennial Dr
Pedestrians crossing Belleview will be detoured to S Irving St or S Prince St.

Working hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Roadway to remain closed 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Euclid Avenue Multimodal Improvements - Elati Street to Cherokee Street

Traffic Impact:

The Euclid Avenue Reconstruction Project will implement "complete street" design along Euclid Avenue from Elati Street to the High Line Canal Trail in two phases. Phase 1 will go from Elati Street to Cherokee Street and is scheduled to be completed in early August 2025. Phase II is scheduled to begin early summer of 2026.
Work is underway.
W. Euclid Ave. from S. Elati St. to S. Cherokee St. will be closed to through traffic.
W. Euclid Ave. and S. Elati St. intersection will be closed.
Residents are advised to follow detours.
The Contractor will maintain access to resident driveways on Euclid between S. Elati St. and S. Cherokee St. throughout the duration of the project.
The Contractor will notify residents 48 hours prior to any work performed on their driveway. Parking is available on Southbound S. Elati St., S. Arapahoe Dr., S. Delaware St., and South Cherokee St..
There will be intermittent bike lane closures along Elati throughout the duration of the project.

Platte Canyon Intersections - Mineral Ave and Platte Canyon Rd/Bowles Ave and Platte Canyon Rd/Lowell Blvd

Mineral Northeast Corner

Monday, July 7 to Friday, July 11, work will consist of:

Westbound right turn lane closure from W Mineral Ave onto S Platte Canyon Road.
Westbound Mineral Avenue/Ken Caryl Avenue through lane will be reduced to one lane.

Mineral Southwest Corner

Monday, July 7 to Thursday, July 10 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, July 11 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. work will consist of:

Eastbound right turn lane closure from Mineral Avenue/Ken Caryl Avenue onto S Platte Canyon Road.
Eastbound Mineral Avenue/Ken Caryl Avenue through lane will be reduced to one lane.
