DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES

 SUBMITTAL:

  • Colorado State Demolition Approval notice is required for each structure being demolished. (If available, provide Asbestos Abatement Report).   
  • A site plan indicating which structure(s) on the property will be demolished. Square footage of each structure.
  • An erosion control plan. (For additional information, please contact our Public Works department.)
  • A debris hauling map or turn-by-turn written instructions indicating the shortest route to the nearest state highway from the demolition address.
