On Thursday, July 18, Littleton Center and Belleview Service Center will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Municipal Court from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., and the Community Development Department from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bemis Library will open at 1:30 p.m. Littleton Museum will remain open.
On October 17, 2023, City Council approved new impact fees for new development based on Ord. 29-2023(PDF, 163KB). The new impact fees will take effect on October 26, 2023 and will be reflected in the table below at that time.
Land Development Impact Fee Payment: Any person engaged in land development in the city shall pay the land development impact fee described below.
Land Development Impact Fee Rate: Land development impact fees shall be assessed and collected according to the standards of this chapter and the following rates:
RESIDENTIAL (PER UNIT)
NON-RESIDENTIAL (PER SQUARE FOOT)
Land Development Impact Fee Timing: The land development impact fee prescribed herein is in addition to any other fees, taxes, or charges required by this code or any other ordinance of the city. The land development impact fee shall be paid at the time of the issuance of a building permit. (Ord. 10-2019; April 2, 2019)
Rates will be subject to an annual inflation factor as determined by the finance director and amended accordingly.
