The final determination of eligibility is made by Littleton Public Works.
Complete and submit an application online. A Littleton Public Works Inspector will review the application within five business days. They will let you know if you are eligible to participate in the rebate program and sections of concrete that are eligible for the rebate if replaced will be marked. The inspector will also indicate the rebate amount if you complete the eligible concrete repairs.

Yes. All work in the public right of way must be done according to Littleton Standards and Specifications. The work must also be inspected by Littleton staff; any work completed without permits or inspections will not be eligible for a rebate.
It depends on the areas that qualify for replacement. Littleton’s inspector will measure the area of concrete being replaced. The quantities and rebate unit rates determine the total rebate amount. Rates are fixed and updated annually. The rebate per cubic foot of eligible concrete replaced in 2023 is $20.75.
