Littleton City Council recruits annually in December and January to fill vacancies on its authorities, boards, and commissions. Residents of the City of Littleton are invited to apply for vacancies by Wednesday, January 31, 2025.
All city offices and facilities including the Littleton Center, Bemis Library, the Littleton Museum, and Littleton Municipal Court will be closed Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
An arborist license is required to conduct tree trimming and removal work within the city limits of Littleton; City Code 8-4-3

Colorado Pesticide Applicator’s License (Not Required) This is are only optional document of the process. If your company holds a Colorado Applicator’s License through the Department of Agriculture, upload it here and we’ll include it on the website. All licensed arborists are required to have an eTRAKiT account. If you have ever held an arborist license with the City before, your company name is in the system. Continue to the application link below. If you are a first time applicant, email mdanser@littletongov.org to get put into the system.

After your application has been submitted with the above documentation, they will be reviewed by City Staff. If everything is approved you will notified by email that your $25 fee is due through eTRAKiT. Once payment is received, your license will be issued by email and can also be found in eTRAKiT. If we need additional information, you will be contacted by email.
