Drop-off program
Waste Management offers a drop-off program for residents who find themselves in a time crunch, (e.g., relocation or home sale). Residents can call the Waste Management hot-line, at 800-449-7587, and provide the operator with the reason for the drop-off request. Additional information on materials accepted through the program can be found on the Waste Management website.

PaintCare Program

  • Through the FREE PaintCare program, unused paint can be returned to many of the locations where it was purchased. For a complete list of locations and items accepted, visit PaintCareThere are limitations on how much paint you can drop off at each visit, and not all retail stores accept paint for recycling. Contact the store directly to confirm business hours and their ability to accept what you would like to recycle.

  • For larger amounts, mix in kitty litter or paint hardener, which is available at most paint stores. Once dry, it can be thrown away.
